Orders Panel

The Orders Panel allows you to view and manage your orders, customers, and returns.

Order Management

Customer orders for your products will appear on the Order Management page. Here you can view orders by status, search for orders, and export orders to a CSV.

Customers

The Customers Page allows you to view your Outdoorly customers. Only customers who have purchased your items will appear here. For each customer, you can see the number of orders placed and the total amount spent on your products.

Note that use of this data is bound by the Outdoorly Terms of Service and User Privacy Policy.

Return Requests

If you choose to allow returns on Outdoorly, customer return requests will appear here on this page. Documentation on how to process returns is forthcoming.
